Hank’s professional career has been in computer systems technology, and quality management.  His commitment to Quality has resulted in a successful, long time career with companies like IBM, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ernst & Young, and Westinghouse among others including dot coms.  He has taught Quality Management as an adjunct professor for 20 years at Duquesne University's Graduate School of Business and has served in several in leadership roles within ASQ organizations, and is a member of ASME’s NQA-1 Nuclear Software Quality Standards group.  He has also been a past Secretary of the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board for approximately 20  years, assisting with regional workforce development initiatives.

Hank has been playing music since age 6, on a variety of instruments that include Piano/Keyboards, Guitar, Fiddle, Mandolin and a few brass instruments.  As a music major he attended college music classes in Michigan,and the Detroit Conservatory of Music.  Currently he plays mostly acoustic music.  Genres include Americana, Bluegrass,Country,  Soft Rock and Folk.
